Anamorphic

Anamorphic lenses are usually used for film. They do give an interesting look though when used for photography.

The anamorphic lens squeezes the image, which later needs to be corrected in post-production, resulting in a wide-screen aspect ratio. Another characteristic of an anamorphic lens is the lens flare.
